Request to Disclose Your Personal Data
Regarding the personal data we (the operator of Yadora) hold about you, you may request its disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or withdrawal of consent under Articles 32–39 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Please submit your request using the form below.
What you can request
- Disclosure of retained personal data
- We will disclose to you the contents of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction, addition or deletion of content
- Request correction, addition or deletion when the personal data is not factual.
- Erasure of data
- Request erasure of your personal data.
- Suspension of use / third-party provision
- Request suspension of the use of your personal data, or of its provision to third parties.
- Withdrawal of consent
- Withdraw consent you previously gave to the handling of your personal data (e.g. marketing emails).
Identity verification & process
This request is an exercise of your rights under Japan's APPI Article 32 (disclosure of retained personal data), Article 34 (correction, etc.), and Article 35 (suspension of use, etc.). After receipt, we will verify your identity and respond within the period prescribed by Japanese law.
To prevent fraudulent disclosure through impersonation, we will guide you through an identity verification process after your request. We will contact the email address you provide and may ask you to submit identification documents if necessary. We cannot begin processing the request until identity verification is complete.
Process: (1) Receipt → (2) Identity verification → (3) Handling (disclosure, correction, suspension, etc.) → (4) Completion notice. Depending on the content, we may be unable to fulfil the request under Japanese law, in which case we will notify you with the reason.
